I am Veronika Borbély-Mikolás, dietitian.

I earned my degree in Dietetics from the University of Pécs, and later, while working in food services at Semmelweis University, I saw firsthand how nutritional needs differ for a child, a pregnant woman, or an elderly person. This period taught me how to truly adapt nutrition to specific life situations—not just in theory, but in the reality of everyday life.

Women’s health has always been particularly close to my heart, which is why I also completed the Cycle Syncing Instructor training. This helps us look beyond just nutrients, calories, and recipes, and take the natural rhythm of the female cycle into account. This way, I can recommend a diet and lifestyle habits that work with your body’s natural functions—rather than against them.

I am most passionate about helping women who are planning a baby, those who wish to eat more mindfully before or during pregnancy, or those navigating conditions such as insulin resistance, PCOS, or menopause. In these situations, there is no 'one-size-fits-all' path: everyone has a different pace, a different lifestyle, and a different capacity. That is why I focus on flexible, personalized solutions—the kind that are easy to integrate even into a real, busy, and often hectic daily routine.

I believe that food should never be a source of stress. We don’t plan ahead to add another burden to your shoulders, but to provide you with a stable foundation that you can always return to, even when life gets off track. This is how I want to support you: by finding the path together that best fits your rhythm, your taste, and your life situation.
